What is a Conductor?
Our Conductive Education specialists are called conductors who are trained to maximise a child’s potential, nurture their development and devise structured programmes to enable success.
Our Conductive Education specialists are called conductors who are trained to maximise a child’s potential, nurture their development and devise structured programmes to enable success. Conductors are trained to always see the child as a whole person and look at what the child CAN do.
The conductors guide the children through music, rhythm and repetition to learn and develop the skills they need to progress and improve in all areas of development including physical, social, and psychological.
A conductor’s focus is on building the child’s sense of achievement through a balance of expectation, activity, success and praise. This creates an environment where children are happy and motivated to learn.
At the same time, we provide parents, carers and the wider family with the knowledge, confidence, and resilience they need to understand how they can enhance the development of their child.
